REVV Motorsport and PancakeSwap are launching a Syrup Pool for the REVV token, with REVV being bridged to Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
A REVV/BNB pair will be set-up on with a PancakeSwap Farm, beginning on 2nd August, 9:00am UTC. Subject to the PancakeSwap community vote.
REVV holders can take their Ethereum REVV to Binance Smart Chain via the Multichain bridge (details below), and add liquidity to the REVV/BNB Farm pair. This pair will then earn the pair’s LP token, which can then be used to stake for REVV in the relevant Syrup Pool. There will be a total of 2,300,000 REVV available to be earned from the Syrup Pool.
Bridging your REVV to Binance Smart Chain:
As PancakeSwap is on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), to participate in the event, you will need to bridge your Ethereum-based REVV to BSC, and use that bridged REVV to participate in the Syrup Pool event. To do this, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Connecting MetaMask to Binance Smart Chain
- Open MetaMask in your browser and go to Settings
- Choose “Add Network”
- Enter the following details:
- Network Name: Binance Smart Chain Mainnet
- New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
- ChainID: 56
- Symbol: BNB
- URL: https://bscscan.com/
- Click “Save”
Step 2: Adding the REVV token to MetaMask
- Switch your MetaMask network from Ethereum Mainnet to BSC Mainnet
- Click on “Add Token”
- Switch to the Custom Token tab and enter the REVV token contract address (0x557B933a7C2c45672B610F8954A3deB39a51A8Ca), click on “Next”
- Click “Add Tokens”
If it didn’t already, your wallet will now show your REVV balance on both Ethereum and BSC.
Step 3: Swapping REVV from Ethereum to BSC
- Go to the Multichain.XYZ bridge for REVV
- Switch to Ethereum
- Enter the amount of REVV tokens you want to transfer BSC
- Click “Transfer”
Confirm the transaction, and then your REVV will now be moved to BSC (BSC REVV contract: 0x833f307ac507d47309fd8cdd1f835bef8d702a93).
Once your REVV is on BSC, you can head over to PancakeSwap, add liquidity to the REVV/BNB pool (which will require the equivalent value in BNB), to get the LP required for the Syrup Farm.
