Sure thing. Again, thank you very much for inviting me today. I’m very honored to be able to share with your community.

I’m VP of Product at Animoca Brands, and also have a hands-on of a lot of what we do with the REVV token, and REVV Motorsport metaverse that we’re creating and operating.

This means working with brands such as MotoGP, and partners across the Animoca studios like the Sandbox, Gamee, Quidd, and more.

Thanks for the superb introduction! Ok first question

We are seeing a big volume of new DeFi projects released on a daily basis. What do you think would make REVV stand out, and what’s your long-term plan?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

The metaverse, or in some cases, just virtual interoperability requires connection across multiple dApps and games. REVV as a platform has this innately tied into it’s design, with it today already being made up of several titles.

Right now, this means MotoGP Ignition, REVV Racing, Formula E High Voltage, as well as upcoming titles from our newly acquired studio Grease Monkey Games, and their Torque Drift title. We’re also partnered with boutique NFT car makers, with the nFast team, too.

So REVV as an ecosystem is already wide, and also, it’s not chain specific. The REVV token itself currently is on Ethereum, Polygon, Flow and BSC.

We have titles in development across these chains too. And being directly involved as Animoca on the majority of these initial titles, we can ensure that interoperability will exist. So that premise of your assets following you, is part of what we have today.

Awesome! How will enthusiasts be able to use REVV in a range of motorsport games at REVV platform?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

Today, players can use REVV to play the REVV Racing title, which can allow them to compete and earn prizes in the form of NFTs and REVV itself, too.

Additionally, you will be able to use REVV in a few short days in the Ignition marketplace on Flow. And win REVV from Ignition a few short weeks later, from the fantasy card game.

Also, auctions for the nFast limited cars, are handled in REVV.

REVV is already a full utility token, and we’ve seen around 100,000,000 REVV spent in direct sales alone since release. And a lot more than that again in marketplaces.

That’s awesome! Proceed to the next question. Are you planning to burn any tokens for higher price?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

No, we won’t burn tokens. The value for REVV comes from the expanded utility. By the end of this year, we expect to have anywhere from 6–8 gameplay experiences all utilising the token for purchasing, and access to game modes.

That’s so great mate. What is the long-Term vision for REVV?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

We will also be introducing new tokens to the ecosystem in the form of the SHRD, which becomes the core token people will receive from playing. Which makes the REVV a more scarce, and harder to obtain asset, which is still needed to access the most exclusive content.

We will continue to partner with IP, and brands, and motorsport KoLs. Such as Juan Pablo Montoya, Brad Binder, and Joey Logano.

In addition to the competitions themselves, such as Formula E and MotoGP, we will be introducing licensed cars, and circuits. Creating a mixture of familiar licensed content, alongside original content.

Great! Do I need to pay REVV to race at games like REVV Racing?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

In REVV Racing, as long as you have a car (which we often airdrop across social media competitions, or can be bought on OpenSea), you can at least enter the practice mode for free.

But to play in the current competitions, REVV is needed. But this will become more specific based on the events and game modes, with it only being required for major events.

When the Ignition fantasy game releases, for the first few months, we won’t require a fee to play, so you can play and win REVV as long as you have the cards.

Overall, as we move forward, some events will require REVV to enter, but there will be attractive rewards in REVV, SHRD or NFTs for doing so. But we’ll also look to have a lot of modes with a lower entry bar, as we look to gain mass adoption.

Wow, that’s nice!. What is the REVV Plan to guarantee the safety and security of the platform?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

All of our contracts are audited first and foremost.

We also look to ensure we have a large and responsive support and community team to follow up and address issues.

But any contract that is a store or manager of value in some form, we will always assure it has cleared audit before releasing it for players.

Awesome! Will you be able to survive the competition if game industry leaders decide to start working in Blockchain Games?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

Yes! Firstly, we have a head start and are fortunate enough to have some of the best blockchain creatives and developers as part of our team.

But also, we’re very much part of the people who believe in decentralisation. As larger companies come in, they will look to create walled gardens where they control it all. This isn’t of interest for us, we want to be decentralised, we want to be open. And that is how it should be to have true open inoperability too.

We also thrive through collaboration, we have no desire to do it all ourselves, and want to work with others than what we build. When big companies enter, they look to block and consume. We’re the opposite, we want to open doors and partner.

What strategy does REVV have to reach new investors?

Sean Dudley (Animoca Brands)

We understand that with our platform, we have unique audience profiles: token investors, NFTs holders, gamers, and sports fans.

This audience for the current version of our platform is still only partially engaged, combined, it’s a audience of hundreds of millions at least, and the NFT and token side is only going to keep growing.

We also have the ability to make sure our collection of titles can be played by different types of people. We have REVV Racing which is for core gamers for example. But Ignition’s fantasy game is very much appealing for general sports fans, and anyone who plays fantasy sport. That alone is an audience of millions.

Also, when we partner with brands - competitions, drivers, riders, manufacturers, etc… we tap into their audience, and bring those people into this blockchain ecosystem that only keeps growing.

What is your priority in developing the REVV ecosystem?

Growth more than anything else right now. We want to reach the audience of fans and gamers, and to do that, we need to have a wide selection of experiences.

If people want to trade NFTs, we have that experience, or complete collections, we will also have that. If people want to play competitively, or casually, or part of a guild - these are all experiences, players and fans we will also support.

Motorsport is mass market, and allows us to reach a huge audience on that alone. So we are focusing on that growth through variety of experiences, as well as maintaining that engaging in REVV Motorsport, means you can also P2E.

That’s really nice! Ok last question. How can the community to help in growing and developing this product?

By being part of it.

We really want to hear feedback, and often send out feedback forms for our fan bases. We also run AMAs in our Discord, and invite questions from our players.

It’s important to know that what we’re building, is in line with what people want, and that they feel they’re receiving value from what we release across the Motorsport Metaverse.
