REVV Racing, the upcoming arcade simulation car blockchain game by Animoca Brands, will hold its Alpha Inaugural launch event starting on 11 August 2021, with a total prize pool of US $150,000 available for 1,000 skill-based winners! If you’d like to join the tournament, you will need a REVV Racing car NFT — and you can get one on SuperFarm!

Starting on 31 July 2021 at 2 a.m. UTC, you can earn a SuperFarm-themed REVV Racing car by staking REVV tokens at https://superfarm.com/farms! Read on for full details!

How to farm SuperFarm-themed REVV Racing car NFTs

1. Go to https://superfarm.com/farms and connect your MetaMask wallet.

2. Ensure your MetaMask wallet is on the Ethereum Mainnet and that you hold ERC20 REVV.

3. Scroll down to see the “REVV NFT farm”.

4. Press “Details” next to “REVV NFT farm”.

5. Press “Approve” to unlock your REVV: MetaMask will pop up asking for approval to spend, which you must authorize. Wait for this transaction to be completed, and do not press “Approve” more than once. After successful approval, the “Approve” will now become “Deposit”.

6. Select the amount you want to stake in the provided space or press “Max” to deploy all REVV tokens in your wallet. Now click “Deposit”. A Metamask pop-up will be opened again, and then you can complete the transaction to deposit.

7. Watch your points accrue (on a pro-rata basis according to the number of REVV tokens staked).

Every 15 points can be used to exchange 1 Car Voucher, and each voucher entitles the holder to a SuperFarm-themed REVV Racing car NFT, redeemable later on the Polygon network. There are only 500 vouchers available, and they will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis.

Note that you can claim back your staked REVV tokens at any time; your REVV is not spent in this event.

What if I don’t have a wallet or REVV just yet?

You need a crypto wallet that supports Polygon and REVV tokens to participate in this farming event. We recommend MetaMask if you don’t yet own a crypto wallet. Please follow the instructions below to get your wallet and tokens!

How to Set up a MetaMask Wallet:

Step 1: Installation

Head to https://metamask.io/ (on Google Chrome)
Click “Download” and then “Install Metamask to Chrome”
Click “Add to Chrome”
Click “Add Extension” to complete the installation

* The MetaMask fox should now be in the upper right hand corner of the browser

Step 2: Setup

Click “Create a Wallet”
Agree to T&C
Enter a password and click “Create”

IMPORTANT: you will now see the 12 words that make up your backup “secret phrase”

DO NOT LOSE THIS OR GIVE THIS TO ANYONE… EVER. There is no “forget secret phrase” function. If you lose your phrase, you will lose access to your wallet forever. Keep your phrase safe!
Write it down and store it somewhere secure
DO NOT STORE IT AS A PHOTO ON YOUR PHONE OR SHARE IT WITH ANYONE YOU DON’T TRUST: anyone with your secret phrase can get access to your wallet and all assets in it

Confirm and save your secret phrase, now your wallet should be set up

Using MetaMask with REVV Racing

REVV Racing is built on the Polygon blockchain, so you will need to change your MetaMask network over from Ethereum to Polygon when playing. To do so, you need to add the Polygon mainnet to your MetaMask first. You can do this by following these steps:

Click on the MetaMask logo in the browser
Click on “Ethereum Mainnet”
Click on “Custom PRC” and fill in the following:
Network Name: Matic Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://rpc-mainnet.maticvigil.com/
Chain ID: 137
Currency Symbol (optional): MATIC
Block Explorer URL (optional): https://explorer.matic.network/
